1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ of our standard products is 500 to 5000 pieces/ design, depending on the product type.
We support small batch trial orders, and the MOQ of customized orders is negotiable.
2. How long does the production cycle take?
A: The delivery time for regular orders is 10 to 15 working days (after receiving the deposit).
Customization or large orders may be extended, and we will confirm the specific delivery time before placing an order.
3. What payment methods are supported?
A: We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), letter of credit (L/C), PayPal (small order), etc.
30% deposit, 70% balance payment before shipment.
4. Can you provide customized/OEM services?
A: Yes! We provide product design, logo printing, packaging customization and other services.
Please provide the details of your needs (drawings/samples/specifications), and we will evaluate the feasibility.
5. How is the product quality guaranteed?
A: Full QC testing (raw materials → production → finished products); Third-party inspection reports (such as SGS) can be provided;
Factory inspection or video inspection is supported.
6. Who will bear the freight?
A: EXW (ex works) is the default, and the customer arranges logistics.
We can assist in arranging sea/air transportation and quote (FOB/CIF and other terms).
7. Is there any stock?
A: Some standard models are in stock, please provide product number for consultation.
Most orders are produced on demand to ensure product freshness.
8. How to deal with after-sales?
A: Quality issues: After providing photos/videos for verification, free replenishment or proportional compensation.
Non-quality issues support return for repair (freight costs are borne by the customer)
